It’s confirmed, I am not a qualified therapist. Nor am I an academic expert in fields relating to mental health*.

But two things qualify me to help you build your business into a trusted, supportive resource for your customers.

1 - I’ve written a fair bit over the past 15 years. That includes being an e-course author, a document writer for a major UK insurer, and a copywriter for tons of awesome companies.

2 - I’ve experienced my own mental health journey. This means delivering the empathy, sensitivity and consideration it takes to write for your bloomin’ lovely audience.

Writing for a living is a privilege. But helping people understand themselves, feel seen, and know they’re not alone. That’s magic.

*I lied…I have a well-earned L2 Counselling Skills.

Simply put, if you need mental health writing whether it’s a brochure or a newsletter, you’re my people. If that seems vague - it’s because everyone is invited to my mental health party.

Here are some of the lovely people I work with:

  • Mental health professionals who work hard and don’t have the time or energy to craft their own content

  • Educational and advocacy organisations who need help with their mental health policies and literature

  • Charities looking for website copy that gets the attention of sponsors and volunteers.

And my services aren’t limited to the above either. If you to work with me I’ll:

  • Listen to your story

  • Support your vision

  • Understand how I can help your mental health audience.
